What is possible during a stress test?
We can simulate the loading of pages and content blocks for up to an estimate number of concurrent users for your project. To ensure a successful test, please provide the following details:
- Your project URL
- List of Pages / URLs
- How long will the load be simulated?
Typically, we perform a stress test with a peak load duration of 15 minutes. This timeframe is generally sufficient to assess page loading capabilities. For a breaking point test, we gradually increase the load until an amount of concurrent users are reached, certifying the system's ability to handle it.
FAQs
Stress Test for Login
We are unable to simulate OTP login during a load test. Instead, we focus on simulating page and block loading. Here’s why:
- Our email service provider has a limitation of sending up to 80 emails per second, making it impractical to generate OTPs for bots in bulk.
Stress Test for Live Streaming
It is not possible to simulate the viewing of a livestream. Here’s why:
- Bots only support HTTP requests and are unable to interact with media players. Additionally, the streaming service provider does not impose restrictions on the number of viewers.
