About this Module
This module allows you to design specific event badges to people who fall under different categories.
How to create New Badge
1) Navigate to Onsite module and select Badges option. Here you may select the Create Badge button.
2) Name the Badge and select the badge size from the system presets or use the custom option which allows you to select your own dimensions.
3) You can either choose a template to create your badge or select a blank badge template to create your own Badge design.
4) Now you can start working on the badge. The Badge editor page is split in three sections:
a) The section on your left allows you to change the badge name, allows you to select the previewing attendee and lists all the elements that are used in the badge.

Duplicate Badge | Allows you to create a clone of the badge. |
Create new badge | This button will take you to the badge creation page. |
Previewing | Allows you to switch between attendees to preview data on the badge. |
Elements | Lists down all the elements used in the badge and control their visibility. |
b) The middle section is the badge visual.
c) The section on the right allows you to add elements to your badge, here you will see all the fields listed. You can add these fields by clicking on the plus symbol next to them. You can also add other elements which allow you to design the badge.

Attendee Fields | Lists down all the data belonging to the attendees which can be pulled in the badge. |
Other Elements | Visual elements like text, image, shapes which allow you to enhance the badge's appearance. |
i) Each Attendee field or other element will have internal settings which can be controlled. This includes features like Position alignment, rotation of field, Size of the textbox, preset placements, styling and fonts.
ii) You can also override the default settings for individual fields by using features such as Enable border, override font and bounding box.
iii) Under Rules, you can control the visibility of an attendee field in the badge depending on conditions you configure.
Badge Printing Rules
Rules are set to the badge to a specific category of people and their ticket, when these rules will meet the conditions configured, the correct badge will get printed onsite upon scanning of the end users QR code.
