As a booth admin, you will grant access to your team members who will be at the booth to capture leads using the Gevme Mobile App (iOS, Android) and download the leads in real-time. 


Backend Access

1. Access the exhibitor/sponsor dashboard

2. Log in to https://exhibitor.gevme.com/login with the registered email address

Check with your event organiser if you need any assistance. 


Add App User

Identify your team members who will be at the booth to capture the leads and grant them access.

1. Access the exhibitor/sponsor dashboard

2. Log in to https://exhibitor.gevme.com/login with the registered email address

3. Click on Leads Generation / App Users


 

4. You can then decide which team member will handle the Lead Scanning duty and invite them to download the app.


To add multiple users at once, click Add User. When finished, click Send Invite(s).


The Invited App Users will receive an Email to download the App.



5. If there is a change in manpower, you can easily deactivate the user in the User List. 


Export the Leads

Only the Booth Admin can download the collected leads with notes and ratings from the Exhibitor Portal.


1. All the Leads captured in the Exhibition can be viewed in the Portal in real-time, and Leads can be exported

2. Click on Export Leads and retrieve the Leads captured by your Team Members in csv file.
