Overview
This is for managing various aspects of an event. It is divided into six sections, each representing a different component of event management:
Website
- Manage the event website.
- Options to set up the event website and access the editor.
Content
- Configure event content such as the agenda, widgets, and media.
- Options to build the agenda with speakers, create embeddable widgets, and manage media assets.
Attendees
- Manage attendee data and registration fields.
- Options to manage attendees and registration fields.
Engagement
- Enhance audience interaction through Q&A, announcements, and polls.
- Options to set up Q&A channels, schedule/send announcements, and schedule/send polls.
Exhibitor
- Manage exhibitors, sponsors, and products.
- Options to manage sponsors, users, and products.
Each section contains links for further customization and management, enabling a streamlined approach to handling different event-related activities.
Project Settings
This page allows users to configure key details of your project or event.
- Project Logo: Upload an image (recommended size: 260px x 140px) to represent the project visually.
- Project Background Image: Set a background image for the project interface. The recommended size is optimized for multiple devices.
- Project Time Zone: Select the appropriate time zone for the project to ensure all event-related timings are accurate.
- Start & End Date/Time: Define when the project or event begins and ends, impacting scheduling and availability settings.
Changes made here will directly affect the event’s display and timing settings.
Advanced Settings
This is found under profile settings, for adding CSS code. The code added here is applied across the project.
